Terms and Conditions – bet pkr Online Casino & Betting

To register and use bet pkr, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bet pkr does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account, deposit funds or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bet pkr is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or any self-exclusion list maintained by bet pkr.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts at bet pkr are strictly personal — you may not operate an account on someone else's behalf or allow another person to use your account.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. This means you are of sound mind and are not under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

By completing the registration process on bet pkr, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you become ineligible at any point during your use of the platform, you are required to notify bet pkr immediately and cease use of your account.

Each individual may hold only one account on bet pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at bet pkr, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other official identification
• A valid, active mobile number registered in your name
• Your correct date of birth
• Accurate contact details including email address

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bet pkr account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bet pkr will never ask for your password through any communication channel. bet pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill confirming your address, or a selfie with your identification document. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All deposits and withdrawals on bet pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept or pay out in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of your transactions.

bet pkr reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard requirement under responsible financial operations. We aim to process verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible and will communicate clearly if any additional documentation is required from you.

Deposits made using bonus funds or subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied as described in Section 6 of these terms.

All sports bets placed through bet pkr — including cricket, football, virtual sports and all other markets — are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within each betting market.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the bet pkr system. You will receive a bet reference number upon confirmation. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues or odds changes are not binding.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet on any market at bet pkr is Rs 100. Accumulator minimum stakes may vary by market.
• Odds: Odds at bet pkr are displayed in decimal format. The odds available at the time your bet is placed are the odds that apply to your bet at settlement. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect previously confirmed bets.
• Void bets: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed to a valid result within 48 hours of the scheduled start, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for particular sports are detailed in the relevant market rules.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance. Due to the dynamic nature of in-play markets, there may be a brief delay between your bet submission and confirmation. If odds change materially during that delay, bet pkr reserves the right to offer the revised odds or void the bet.
• Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and obviously erroneous — for example, odds that are 10 times or more outside the market range — bet pkr reserves the right to cancel or void the bet at any time, including after settlement.

All casino games available on bet pkr — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games and all other formats — operate under the following rules:

• Software-based games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically fair and independent of previous results.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by real physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — in real time.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in the game information panel for every game on the bet pkr platform before you open the game.
• The minimum bet for casino games starts from Rs 50 for slots and Rs 100 for table and live dealer games. Maximum bet limits vary by game and table and are displayed within each game interface.

bet pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these general terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance. They are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. They cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information related to a sporting event
• Attempting to reverse transactions after betting outcomes have been determined (chargebacks)

Nothing in these terms limits bet pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your bet pkr account at any time by contacting support@betpkr.world. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

bet pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account:

• Where prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 has been identified
• Where a player has failed to complete required identity verification within a specified period
• Where a player has self-excluded or has been placed on a self-exclusion programme
• Where maintaining the account would expose bet pkr to legal or regulatory risk
• Where the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach of these terms, bet pkr may withhold account balances pending investigation. We will communicate the reason for any account action and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

bet pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page unless a specific effective date is stated. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. Your continued use of bet pkr after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
